The History Center is excited to share the last holiday display shown at Armstrong’s Department Store through a temporary exhibit available November 13 through December 30, 2021.
Armstrong employee Ron King, who helped bring the infamous holiday displays to shoppers for 24 years, has rebuilt the display Rudolph’s Retreat. The community is invited for a first-look at the holiday display on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rudolph’s Return. This family-friendly event includes photos with Santa, holiday llamas, crafts for kids, musical entertainment and cookies & cocoa.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the museum and explore the full Armstrong exhibit, Fashion and Philanthropy: The Armstrong Family.
Admission to Rudolph’s Return is $7.00 for general public and free for members of The History Center. Tickets may be purchased at historycenter.org/rudolph. Face coverings are required for all visitors.
