Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa Family Practice/Specialty Care Now will again this year offer walk-in sports participation physicals for area youth, grades 7 – 12.
Physicals will be offered on a walk-in basis on the following dates:
No appointment necessary. Physicals will be performed at PCI Family Practice, located in the PCI Medical Pavilion, suite 260, 202 10th Street SE, Cedar Rapids. Cost is $25 and insurance will not be billed. Parents are asked to bring school physical forms along.
For easiest access, park in the PCI Medical Pavilion parking ramp, on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 10th Street. Use the skywalk across 10th St. to enter the Pavilion. For more information, go to www.pcofiowa.com/events.
