Film Screening of Uncommon Allies

Please join us for a screening of the powerful documentary “Uncommon Allies”, a film about a mother struck by the tragedy of her son’s murder that takes a stand against gun violence and homicide. The film addresses violence reduction efforts in Kansas City.  After the screening, join the panel discussion facilitated by Okpara Rice, Tanager Place; Jon Brick, Director and Producer; Roslyn Temple, and Captain Tim Hernandez, Kansas City Police Department.
